By accessing this website, purchasing any product, registering for any event, or using any service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts.
Intellectual Property
All materials including videos, PDFs, audios, worksheets, frameworks, methods, trademarks, logos, names, written materials, training systems, recordings, presentations, graphics, and digital content are exclusively owned by Peach Venture or licensed to us.
You may not:

distribute
resell
teach from
upload elsewhere
record sessions without consent
train AI systems using our materials
republish content
Violation may result in termination and legal action.
Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to harass staff, disrupt communities, defame the company, interfere with systems, or misuse services.

We do not guarantee:
relationship restoration
marriage outcomes
financial gains
healing outcomes
leadership success
business growth
third-party behavior changes
Results depend on effort, consistency, circumstances, skill, mindset, and personal responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in dispute.
We are not liable for indirect, emotional, reputational, lost-profit, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute shall first be submitted to informal resolution by written notice.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Minnesota, individually, not as class action.
You waive jury trial and class participation where permitted by law.
Changes
We may update Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.
Purchase Terms
By completing checkout, you authorize payment for the selected product or service.
Because products are digital and access may be granted immediately, all purchases are governed by our Refund Policy.
Two-step checkout is used to allow thoughtful purchasing decisions.
By completing payment, you confirm purchase was voluntary and intentional.
Claims of accidental purchase after successful checkout may be denied where records show completed authorization.
Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to verify identity, billing details, suspicious activity, VPN abuse, duplicate claims, and high-risk transactions.
Chargeback Abuse
If a chargeback is filed without first contacting support, we may submit:

IP logs
timestamps
email delivery proof
access logs
policy acceptance records
customer communications
to contest invalid disputes.
REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy

All sales final unless required otherwise by law.
Products Over $45 up to $499
Eligible for a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund request must be emailed within seven (7) calendar days of purchase.
Products $500 and Above
Eligible for a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Refund request must be emailed within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase.

Private coaching sessions are confidential except where required by law.
Respectful Conduct
Abuse, threats, intoxication, harassment, or repeated disruption may result in termination without refund.
Scheduling
Missed sessions with less than 24-hour notice may be forfeited.
No Therapist Relationship
Coaching is not mental health treatment.
